Group Offering: Substance Abuse Group for Woman | Group Therapy for Seniors 65+
Hi, I’m Jennifer Cady, LPCC. I have experience working in a variety of behavioral health settings, including residential treatment programs for adolescents and adults, correctional settings, intensive outpatient programs, and outpatient counseling. In addition to my clinical work, I’m also a professor in the LADAC program at Central New Mexico Community College(CNM), where I help train future behavioral health professionals.
I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use concerns, and co-occurring mental health challenges. I enjoy working with clients across the and I strive to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and genuinely heard.
My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I utilize evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Therapy, EMDR and trauma-informed interventions to help clients build coping skills, improve emotional regulation, process difficult experiences, and move toward meaningful change.
I believe therapy should feel like a partnership. My goal is to meet you where you are, help you feel understood, and support you in building the life and healing you want for yourself.
